📦 Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed after business hours may be processed the next day.
During busy seasons such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, and other holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
🚚 Local Delivery
We offer local delivery for flowers, gifts, and hampers within Brampton, Mississauga and nearby areas.
Delivery Time:
Orders are usually delivered within 24–48 hours depending on product availability and location.
Delivery Charges:
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Check for any promocode/Offer for free delivery.
We will notify customers if there are any delays due to weather, holidays, or high demand.

Customers can choose Free Store Pickup at checkout.

Pickup Hours:
Monday – Sunday: 9:00 AM – 11:30 PM
Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification for pickup, for pickup we only offer curve side pickup. Exact address will be shared after order confirmation. Make sure you update before come for pickup. Time can be arrange out of store hours if good communication.
