At Gifttown1819, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Fresh flowers and bouquets
- Customized gifts
- Personalized items
- Perishable items
- Clearance or sale items or sold for more than 20% discount wont be returned, exchanged
These items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
- A short box opening video

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved:

- Processing time: 3–7 business days

We only replace items if they are:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect item received

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
After this time, the order may already be processed or prepared and cannot be cancelled.
